About us & Mountcity Investments ...
The Mountcity Group is a privately owned investor and developer of property in the UK. The Group was established in 1993 and has built up a portfolio of industrial and warehouse property located in various locations throughout the UK, including Sheffield, the West Midlands and South East. The Management of the Groups portfolio is carried out at 24 Berkeley Square by Mountcity Investments Ltd, with offices also in Dudley.
As a developer the Group has completed a number of joint ventures with the Grosvenor Estate including the building of 40 Grosvenor Place London comprising 220,000 sq ft of prime offices. The Group has also completed a joint venture with Crest Nicholson Limited in the development of Perspective, 100 Westminster Bridge Road London, a residential tower block containing 236 flats.
Mountcity is also a major partner in Spire Technology Limited, a specialist developer of data centres.
Mountcity has gained a reputation for its straight dealing approach and for its ability to react quickly to opportunities. In addition, Mountcity is able to react quickly to tenant requirements through its hands-on management teams.
